గత గవర్నర్ శ్రీ విజయ్ కుమార్ హైదరాబాద్-బెంగళూరు జాతీయ రహదారిపై జడ్చర్ల సమీపంలో దాదాపు 8 కోట్ల రూపాయల విలువైన 20 ఎకరాల స్థలాన్ని పత్తి మార్కెట్ యార్డు ఏర్పాటు కోసం విరాళంగా ఇచ్చారు. ప్రస్తుతం ఉత్పత్తులను లాభదాయకంగా విక్రయించేందుకు పెద్దపీట వేసిన ఈ ప్రాంత రైతులకు ఇది వరంగా మారింది. గత గవర్నర్ విజయ్ కుమార్ విరాళంగా ఇచ్చిన స్థలంలో నిర్మించిన మార్కెట్ యార్డు ప్రారంభోత్సవ కార్యక్రమంలో ఇటీవల జరిగిన మెరిసే కార్యక్రమంలో ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ముఖ్యమంత్రి డాక్టర్ వై.ఎస్. రాజశేఖర్ రెడ్డి తన దాతృత్వానికి పూనుకుని తల్లిదండ్రుల విగ్రహాలను ఆవిష్కరించారు. మానసిక వికలాంగ పిల్లల చికిత్స మరియు పునరావాసం కోసం 35 లక్షల రూపాయల వ్యయంతో నిర్మించిన ప్రతిష్టాత్మక ప్రాజెక్ట్, లయన్స్ చైల్డ్ డెవలప్‌మెంట్ సెంటర్‌ను గత జిల్లా గవర్నర్ విజయ్ కుమార్ 2003 లో హైదరాబాద్‌లోని నీలోఫర్ ఆసుపత్రిలో ప్రారంభించారు. ఈ ఆసుపత్రి మెంటల్లీ రిటార్డెడ్ పిల్లల అవసరాన్ని తీర్చడమే కాకుండా, శారీరకంగా వికలాంగులైన ఈ పిల్లలకు సహాయం చేయడానికి గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతాలకు వెళ్లే ప్రత్యేక నర్సుల బృందాలను అభివృద్ధి చేస్తుంది. అతను 1990లో ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌లోని వెనుకబడిన జిల్లా మెహబూబ్ నగర్‌లోని జడ్చర్లలో ఒక ఆసుపత్రిని నిర్మించాడు మరియు దానిని తన తల్లిదండ్రులకు అంకితం చేశాడు.

In Mahabubnagar district, 15 bus shelters were constructed with the cooperation of Lions Club Doctor Vijay Kumar for the benefit of underprivileged children’s education, aiming to provide them with a brighter future. The construction of three buildings in the Jadcharla Lions Club has brought great satisfaction to him, as these buildings will serve as golden opportunities for the future of disadvantaged children. He has been involved in numerous social programs like this and has garnered support from friends, well-wishers, and relatives. Currently, they have established 20 blood donation units.
Furthermore, the Lions Club has donated seven ambulances to various hospitals. His notable contribution includes facilitating 104 eye donations.
